No, I'd never heard of this either, but I picked up a tube in Poundland.

It comes from Milano and as it's packaged in a quality lined box I would guess it to be a quality product.

It certainly smells good and does an excellent job.

Worth looking out for it at £1 and my branch also has a Face Scrub and a Body Lotion.
 
A bit of Googling both to find a link to show you and anyone else who might be interested what I already knew about Isotta-Fraschini cars, and to find out why that name would be applied to shaving gear. I've never come across any of their products and was pretty surprised on seeing your post that the name was being used for anything these days, let alone shaving gear! They used to be involved in motor racing (hence why I knew them) pre-WWI along with the better-known and more active Itala company.
