If you can be bothered this guy got it in the neck, it took a while but eventually they laid the boot in but he deserved it.

more so this quote from some other passportless yank (yes paspportless is a new word)

Why they don't answer email I have no idea. Maybe an English B&Ber could stop by over there and see what the hold up is.

If you think that's good, read this <!-- m --><a class="postlink" href="http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread.php?t=118332&highlight=tabac" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;">http://badgerandblade.com/vb/showthread ... ight=tabac</a><!-- m -->

I didn't read it all because I was getting de ja vue, but remind me who was it that kept going on about the products that I like to use and the perceived dangers of the ingredients?

Do you remember being told that eating too many Polo's made you sterile? Or you could overdose on dope well I tried it.

I smoked 14lbs of dope and ate 70 kg of Polos when I had the munchy's, well I have just about managed to procreate and survived so far without psychosis because I'm sure that most products work most of the time and perfectly well for most people, occasionally they don't so just don't use them.

I had the freshest mintiest smelling turds for a days.

Quite a long read, but a good laugh. Your man 'Shaven whatever it was' just kept on coming back for more.

I love it when 2 guys on B&B get involved in a pissing contest and try to show their 'intelligence' by using as many long words as possible.
Unfortunately it's also the main reason that I am more of a lurker than a poster over there, as (even though there are a lot of good guys) there is usually someone ready to jump in and correct the slightest mistake. Still, every now and then it throws up a gem of a thread like that one.

And his missus seems to be a ray of sunshine as well :geek:

Indeed but the problem is she's been eating the stuff.

"My wife is a quality assurance food microbiologist."

"She suggested that one reason why the FDA has not gotten involved in a product such as Tabac might be that the "offending" ingredients are in the product at too low a level to be caught by the regulator. "

....exactly

"I'm now looking into making my own shave soap. My wife, a talented research scientist, is assisting me to find ingredients which are totally supportive to the wet shaving experience."

      more de ja vue.

Not sure if he is a troll, or is just one of 'those' people.
If he is one of 'those' customers in real life, hes one of the reasons that i hate working in a shop.
Ive often found that people like him either work in a business where he doesnt have to put up with other people like him and thinks that getting stroppy means getting his own way.
If he is a troll then he is quite good, going by the amount of replies to his threads.

(sorry for any spelling errors by the way, im on the laptop because my computer is broken and i dont have a spell checker on here)

That thread made me I don't think he was a troll way too much effort making himself look bad and all the emails, but the name Shaven Maven, quite appropriate that's a hairless twat isn't it!

Because I live in Sheffield I go to the Edwin Jagger factory you have to buss a keypad to get into the building then you go up stairs to the packing department. Turn right and there is the office of TESC. It is about the size of a medium kitchen. There are two women in there that deal with all Edwin Jagger admin as well as the sales of TESC. I went in just before Christmas and talked to them about a brush and strop paste. They pulled up an email from 18 month previous that related to the strop paste within 20 seconds. I was very impressed with that as have you ever tried to find an email from months ago. I told them that I am very happy with the brush that I own and they said that they were glad to hear that as they were having trouble with the postage at that time. They never said any more than that, after reading that post on B&B I would have been calling that plonker all the names under the sun. It goes to show just how professional they are. With regards him reporting them to the customs service I think that he should rot in hell for that. Anyway that’s my two pennies worth.

The first page was more than enough for me.

For any of you thinking about ordering from the English Shaving Company, rest assured that you will not be disappointed. In terms of customer service, integrity and friendliness, this is the best company I've dealt with.

Chuffed with my DE87, and driven by a raging RAD  , I ordered the DE89L a while back. Arrived promptly...but with a small scratch on the head. I phoned up TESC, politely explained the problem, and the second I'd finished my sentence, the very helpful lady at the other end asked me to send it back. No questions, no quibbles. She told me it should never have left the premises, and re-emphasised their commitment to products of the finest quality. Feeling a bit guilty about owning two of what is basically the same razor, I cancelled the replacement a little later, and received a full refund without any problems whatsoever.

Oh, and they're also really good when it comes to chucking in a few samples of their creams and aftershave balms. :D

As for ShavenMavenMoaningFuckwit, I'm quite glad they 'overlooked' his emails. Let's face it, who wouldn't?
