how to use my Chubby 1

Thats good to hear as i have been using a omega boar brush and a mhule black hair badger brush and get great results but the other week splashed out on a "propper" badger hair brush and found it does not hold a lather as good so now i will follow the advice here and give it a good soaking.
 
More product (almost double) and more water.

I realised this after getting my Rooney 3/1 - coming from a floppy Vulfix it took a different technique to get the lather down. Once I got past this it produced wonderful lather, and on acquiring a Chubby 2 had no problems with lather since I knew how to compensate for the increased size and density.

Now I don't even think about it, it's become intuitive and automatic, I use the appropriate amount of product/water no matter which brush I use without even having to think about it! :mrgreen:
