Hi mate,

It's certainly a step up from the wilkinson sword razor. I still struggle with ATG without major irritation and XTG sems to give me many a weeper. However, 2 WTG passes is doing ok for now. It is awful for me with a derby blade (seems to cut very poorly and just irritate) but feathers, astras or crystal super platinums all seem pretty good so far.

Thanks to Pig Cat I have a sample of Mitchells Wool Fat which seems to give pretty damn good shave. He also generously popped some blades in, of which, I've yet to try Gillete Platinums - hopefully they'll be good to me too :shave
