Help With My Gmail Phone Calls

I need help big time. Since I am not as good with computers as most others this is my problem. Its not exactly my computer but I recently installed the new Gmail phone call system (plug in) that Google is offering as free phone calls in the U.S. until the end of the year. Sort of direct competition to Skype. Anyway it was working for 2 days with no problems now I can dial out but the other person can't hear me. My mic is working good but still they can't hear me.
