Started DE shaving nearly a year ago and have been using this forum quite a lot for some really good advice so I thought it was about time to introduce myself.
I'm using an Edwin Jagger DE89 and have now settled on Gillette 7 O'Clock Yellows as my ideal blade. I have bought far too many creams and soaps so I'm guessing it will take a long, long time to get through them all in rotation! It is good to have a change though.
I started down the DE road mainly for reasons of economy but now that I get such a smooth, comfortable shave there is no way that I would ever be tempted back to cartridges.
One of these days I will get around to treating myself to one of Rod's great looking brushes.
Thanks to all for the brilliant advice and debate provided on this forum.
