Hello from a new member

Hi everyone.

After considering proper wet shaving for a few months now (and after more than a few visits here to do research) I just recieved a nice Christmas present today, a DE starter kit from my wife containing a Merkur 34C, some nice Truefitt and Hill soap, and a Jagger brush. She picked up well on the hints.

I'm a 38 year old who has used cartridges for 20 years now so I'm looking forward to the new hobby, but to start with I thought I'd better join up here and start learning.
