Well, at least they did transport the crew, actors, and equipment to New Zealand. Although you now have me wondering where they got hold of those flying thingies the Nazgûl rode in the return of the king. Or those flapping fish that Smeagol ate, when they also state that 'no animals were harmed in the filming of this motion picture'. Or did they not state that ;-)
