I really wanted to hang onto this beauty, such a well balanced razor and quite difficult to find in this condition... But, needs must!
GOTTA 120 straight razor manufactured in Germany by the Grah & Plumacher company. I'm not certain on the production date but it is stamped "Germany" rather than "W.Germany" so to me that would indicate its pre-1949.
Its a 5/8" full hollow ground silver steel blade with intricate etching & gold wash, the scales are beautiful faux ivory with polished brass inlay. This razor has been honed by Billy of this parish (Naniwa super stone progression & yellow lake finish) so you know its 100% shave ready and very smooth it is too. Comes complete with original box.
