except it's not true at all. Men prone to ingrown hairs are not destined to get an inferior shave. For example, just use a DE or a more seriuos multiblade with max 2-3 blades insted this ridicolous monstrosity... although for folks that do suffer ingrown hairs, it's a boon. Those disappointed folks should buy the regular Fusion 5. Read the packaging and make your choice. Simple.
That said, echoing my comment directly above: I'd still recommend the Guard for all of the reasons that Gillette have brought this razor to market.
i don't know.. never used the sensor. Started using mach3 in 1998 after it came out. Before, just electric razors. SorryPlease humour me; how does it compare to the original 2 blade Sensor (Not Sensor Excel)?
Going to give this one a try this weekend ... on the old bonce.
Followed up with a quick spit & polish ?

Of course!
I did eventually get round to trying it. Just wasn't up to the job (my specific job) like the 5-bladed version. I can see the appeal for those with genuinely sensitive skin who have to shave every day, but when I need a 'down-to-the-bone-in-one-pass' head-shave I'll have to give this one a swerve.
... a rare fly-by! How you doing, V?
