Gillette Skin

I bought brushless gel the other day.

I got cream yesterday.

Today the first contact.

I was really impressed.
For less than €5, a nice amount (175ml) of a great cream.
Definitely thirsty, with a good synthetic gives the best.
With abundant primary lubrication, and good secondary lubrication.
In fact, the component derived from cellulose I feel effective.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

You can feel in gel the difference in Stearic Acid.
Heavy and clinging, it is perfect for multi-blade.
At least the way the average user uses it.
For my taste, it’s a little dry.
So I added water.
Not bad.

This is the list of ingredients: (INCI)
• Cream
Aqua, Stearic Acid, Palmitic Acid, Glycerin, Coconut Acid, Potassium Hydroxide, Triethanolamine, Benzyl Alcohol, Sodium Hydroxide, Parfum, Tocopheryl Acetate, Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Limonene, Menthol, Mentha Piperita, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, Butyrospermum Parkii Butter, Sodium Chloride, Glyoxal.
• Gel
Aqua, Palmitic Acid, Triethanolamine, Isopentane, Glyceryl Oleate, Stearic Acid, Glycerin, Isobutane, Sorbitol, Hydroxyethylcellulose, Parfum, PEG-45M, Tocermopheryl Acetate, Menthol, Limonene, Butyrospum Parkii Butter, Mentha Piperita Oil, Mentha Arvensis Leaf Oil, PVM / MA Copolymer, Glyceryl Acrylate / Acrylic Acid Copolymer, Silica, Tocopherol, Lecithin, Ascorbyl Palmitate, Hydrogenated Palm Glycerides Citrate.

The fragrance is not very aggressive.
Fresh, slightly mentholated with a fruity touch.
Herbaceous, with metallic and slightly citric notes.
Unisex, modern, generic. Indistinct. But pleasant.
In the gel is almost identical to the cream.
It just feels a little softer.

Incredible the speed of the gel.
One pass, all against in variable direction.
According to the technique One Pass Shave by Dr IschiaPP.
In practice the "mounting" was slower than shaving.
Also for my poor practice with this type of brushless.

The result is the combination of two hi-tech instruments.
BBS complete, and superior to classic standards with single blade.
What I call "Gummy Face Shave" (GFS).
That provides toned skin and full comfort throughout the day.
Although the INCI is not all roses and flowers ...

In practice, a good solution in case of HURRY.
To replace the cream version, much better.

Boots/Superdrug don't seem to stock the cream in the UK. I wonder if the market for brush shaving creams is too small here or something? Sad anyway, I really like the aftershave balm!!

It’s great to see new products on the high street,
unfortunately it’s not for me but would never criticise anyone for using it.

Today I wanted to have fun unifying two worlds ... closer than it seems.
Because IMHO classic shaving is based on technique, not tools.

With the help of the brush, and a lot more water, the result is excellent.
Brushless? Nes.
Yes, it doesn’t go like soap.
No, volume and compactness are changed.

The most striking detail was the lubrication.
Amazing primary, excellent secondary.
The razor (a little singing) remained silent for all three steps of the rite.
As well as the covering capacity. Not heavy as "natural", but velvety as the best shaving soaps and with a particular shine.
After drinking so much ... and working so much with the brush.
But it’s ancient. I didn’t want to risk a modern one.
But tomorrow it will be modern!!!

For those who have never seen a brush-mounted hi-tech brushless gel.
This is the end result, with a nice thick and compact layer.

Today, better brush and better result.

Not so much in the quantity and quality of the "montage".
But in speed. Paid for with a small increase in consumption.

Continuous use, however, also shows limits.
All gels tend to bring skin dryness.
In my case, this reactivates my seborrheic dermatitis.
In fact, I’m already starting to feel the first signs.
Although the shave is perfect, the comfort is not complete.

I have to rush back to more gentle advice.
But I consider this test a success.
The product is valid.

These days ...

Same test, reverse terms.
As the gel you can use with brush.
You can also use the cream without it.
In opposite ways, almost brushless.

Applying on slightly damp skin.
With the soap veil technique, there is a good result.

The lubricating film is efficient.
Fast and very covering.

Even with a little evolved razor, a good shave.
Full comfort, both during and after.

It can therefore also be a good travel option.
