Gillette platinum

Have seen some gillette platinum DE blades on ebay tonight they are plain cardboard boxes of 5. Has anyone used these. If so how to they rate cheers.

If they are the Russian ones, they're very good better than 7 O'Clock yellows to me [YMMV], I have got 8 shaves out of one which is my record.

I have the Gillette Platinum UK ones, bought them in Greece, if indeed they are the same they are very good - at the moment my very favorite ones (but as you may know your opinion may vary also depending on the razor you use.) I mostly use them with a R89.
