I'd like to know How the hell can they charge handling? RM have to handle every item that needs delivering surely? As said Rip off Britain at it's best. No one shafts it's own better than Britain.

VAT and duty are the rules. RM fees are daylight robbery, adding insult to injury.

does "IN RECIPIENT PO BOX" mean they've got it at my local PO but are now going to send me a fee?
