The second video is from Man Machine I believe he is a member on here and local to me. I have bought from him and he is a nice guy to deal with.
Hope these help you with your lathering techniques.

I can't help you with the Proraso order, as I've never used it.
The Vitos however, is a brilliant soap(IMHO). What brush are you using, and what's your method? I.E soak the brush, then shake off the water and load then bowl lather, or just how do you do it?

I am using a Body Shop Brush. I wet the brush with hot water, rub/twirl it over the soap and then swirl in a bowl.
Had a look at the 2nd link above, think I'm not doing the twirling/swirl over the soap for long enough.
Will amend the technique when I next shave.
Proraso pre/post shave is superb!
As is the Vitos soap, been wasting my shaving experience for years!

Should I have got an omega brush instead?
chrisbell said:Soaking a synthetic brush is pointless - a three-second dunk will do the job. Mind you, the Body Shop brush is pretty lousy, which won't help lathering.
