well i know this is not really the ideal place to list this... but i can but try all the avenues open to me :)

spec:

-2001 330i SE Auto
-78,000 miles
-Full service history (with BMW up until 2008, independent after)
-MOT until January next year
-Xenon projectors
-Automatic Wipers
-headlight washers
-Auto dimming rearview mirror
-Auto fold side mirrors (rare on SE spec)
-In-Dash CD player plus boot changer (rare combination)
-Black leather interior
-Parking sensors
-full on board computer
-glove box torch present and working
-windows seem to be factory tinted, definitely darker than our 328, but i cant confirm this.
-brand new spare tyre on a full size alloy wheel
-CCFL angel eyes installed
-as with all 330's it has the fully chrome grille, the mesh lower grille and silver headlight inners. This separates it from the lower range models.

This car has been owned by me since january. Since then its had:

-new rear springs (done just before i bought the car)
-brakes all round (fronts replaced again in july 2011 due to originals squealing, brand new Pagid parts)
-angel eyes installed
-new alternator tensioner pulley
-horrid wooden gearknob changed out for a genuine BMW leather one
-both front arm suspension trailing bushes replaced (meyle HD)
-both front arms replaced (Meyle HD)
-both front drop links replaced (meyle HD)
-new black car mats, fitted, and with clips.
-Air con regassed

I have receipts for all this work as well as all the cars old MOT's. This has clearly been loved through its life and has been treated very well by me in the time ive had it. It's a very highly specced car with lots of options straight from the factory. This would have had a list price of around 35k

It has no mechanical faults or electrical issues. Everything works as it should.

BAD POINTS:

-some bubbling on the very inside of the rear arches. Its nowhere near the outside edge yet so would be cheap to treat and fix. Hardly visible and suffered by many E46's. (if the car goes at full price, i'll have this fixed)

This is a superb car. Quick, fantastic handling, amazing noise (smooth straight six) with no issues to trouble you. as for MPG... with even my heavy right foot, i'm seeing 25-26mpg average from it. It see's high 30's on the motorway with ease. Unlike many 330i's it doesnt tear through oil either. In the 4000-5000 miles ive driven in it, ive only put in 500ml of top up. SInce then, it's not gone through a drop.

That all being the case.. i'm looking for a firm 4000

I'm interested in buying an E39 M sport (or a very very good SE) so if you have one of those i'd be happy to top up with a little cash to do some kind of trade
