Having a bit more of a clear out and this fella isn't getting the attention he deserves.
Most likely a mid to late 40's model.
Made in the USA and weighs in at 60grams (nice & mild, but with good heft to it).
Handle is faultless, baseplate is excellent with only slight friction wear at the handle/plate meeting point.
Cap underside is excellent, the top of the cap has minor lacquer loss, but no plating loss (Flash photo of the cap makes it look a lot worse than it is to the naked eye).
