Any cheese grater will do. I make sure it's clean afterwards by washing in hot water and some fairy liquid

My wide made me buy my own cheese grater for soap grating. Spoil sport. Guess she didn't like the home made Palmolive Pizza I did with slices of Arko stick to simulate pepperoni.
