First Shave w/"Appreciation" Products

I tried the Wilkinson razor & blade from Boots today. A very mild, gentle shaver with suprisingly good balance for a plastic razor (IMO). Got a fine shave from it, though not BBS (w/Crabtree & Evelyn "Sienna" shave soap and a C&E brush). Considering its under 5 quid I would have no trouble recommending it to a classic shaving newbie. I will definitely give this razor a few more goes, with different blades.

Same here, started with the Wilkinson Sword Classic and now I use an HD. It's actually a re-branded Treet Del-Rin,
It's a good starter razor, just a bit too mild.
