Favourite Mineral Water

What's your favourite Mineral water?

I currently have enjoy and not so keen list's:

Enjoy
Hildon - by Royal appointment
Princes Gate
Buxton
Evian
Celtic Spring

Not so
Stretton - formerly by Royal appointment
Ashbeck
Volvic

Spring water

Spring water is generally quite neutral as it hasn't got the minerals.

Highland Spring - so so.
Sainsburys Chase Spring - quite clean.
M&S Glorat mountain water aka Campsie Fells - actually not so good.
Harrogate - quite clean, I haven't had it in a while.

Are any if you home brewers or coffee gourmands that use bottled water?
Celtic Spring is obviously Spring water. It has a very clean taste.

Using filtered water helps your kettle last longer if you're in a hard water area. Not a problem here in God's country but we use a Zerowater filter nonetheless. It's very good.
We don’t have all that rotten lime scale in Scotland
A 10 year kettle still looks the same as the day you bought it.
Mind you i’m only guessing i don’t know anyone that’s kept a kettle 10 years :p:p

My last kettle lasted about 17-18 years untill the element decided to explode one day. I have one now the has a flat plate type element. Not confident it will last as long as when it has finished boiling and is poured out straight away the water boils like buggery again due to the heat retention in the flat plate.
Could always put a pot on the gas I suppose. :)

Brecon Carreg Mineral water is up there with Buxton and Hildon. Available as Boots and Holland and Barrett own brands.
