Excessive shedding?

Hi Folks,
I bought a Simpson's Duke 3 just 5 weeks ago brand new. I really like the brush, it suits my needs and performs well.
After about 2 weeks it started to shed at first a couple of hairs on each shave but then it got worse to 4-6 hairs. I
said i would give it time to settle but this morning i counted 9 hairs shed :shock: Coming from a Semogue 2015hd
which i sold here this seems to me very poor, the Semouge never shed one hair.
I guess what im asking is should i give it a bit more time to settle or should i contact the vendor or Simpsons ?
Pulling shed badger hair off my face is part of my shaving routine at the moment ...

Not sure if there is a different nuumber for the Simpson's brand name - but Progress Vulfix details are ...

So its going back to the vendor and on to Vulfix for inspection. I'll be brushless for a bit but hopefully the issue will be corrected.
