Got my Streamline yesterday, which is in lovely condition, and was gutted to realise the head unscrewed (and therefore I assumed it was broken).

I thought it was odd, as it doesn't look damaged, but I didn't think it was right, and bought some metal epoxy on Amazon to keep it in place.

Had a Eureka moment tonight and checked my 1912. Hey presto, the head unscrews.

Oh well, I'm sure the metal epoxy will come in handy for something else. :mad:

(Where is the dunce emoticon!)

Having said that, the screw on the Streamline isn't very big. I wonder if anyone had made the same mistake as me and glued it on!
 
Have you checked your own head, Paul? Maybe it unscrews......:icon_razz:

Could do with a removable head or even several!

My goodness, you do scrub up well, sir! Aye, just my thing is a cup of tea and a slice o' cake. Wife made this gorgeous lemon drizzle cake last weekend, well two actually but then she's got to if anybody else wants some. :blush:
