That's the beauty of it, I don't count em I just balance my diet much better than I used to. Much healthier now than I was a year ago when I started. Lost over 4 and a half stone, dropped my BMI from top end of overweight to bang on in the middle of the healthy zone, and dropped my body fat percentage from nearly 28% to under 17.5%Pah! Calories are for consuming, not counting.
