Customising a MDA Vario III/ HTC Mobile Phone

Hi guys

I was browsing and found this:

Anyone know hoe to or where to start in order to install these apps onto my T Mobile Vario III ? - the shazam app would be awesome!

Anyone know where I could get a guide online to unlock the phone? Been googling my fingers off with no luck. I'd like to do it myself.

Any help much appreciated!

lots of info on the forums there.Look for the custom ROMS for your device, you will find the ROMS have most of the decent apps already loaded.Might be an unlocker in there too.Sometimes the developer will charge a nominal fee for the unlock software.Top site though as most of the hacking is done by the community and therefore free.
