When creating a thread there are two 'Create Thread' buttons.
When creating a thread in Google Chrome only the one at the bottom works for me. The one below the 'Tags' entry field opens up a file dialog.
Firefox and Safari don't show this behaviour. Mac OS X 10.11.2
