It's given me the idea to try one of my SEs without a handle. I think the success of this razor is down to the micro-fine adjustments that can be made by nimble fingers. Fingers, blade and face are in unison without a handle blunting the feedback.

Upwards strokes were the only ones that I had to think about, but once I'd got the angle and flow it's back to muscle memory and natural habit again.

Another nice surprising shave, think I pressed a little harder here and there or maybe just a little more care free with strokes as felt a little harsher / aggressive than yesterday.

Still a great piece of kit.

I've only gone and bought one myself....

Only razor I've done this with as well was the Futur, bought one based on first experience.
