Brush measurements - retailers take note!

Simpsons publish overall heights of brushes on their website. They just don't divide it between loft and handle height. But there are many examples of brushes being supplied that don't match the published measurements. Any variation in loft of over 2 mm makes a significant difference in performance. So if you feel strongly about this you should return a brush for replacement with one which more closely matches the spec.

I just made this up for myself two months back by gathering info from various sites, just to assist me in deciding on a couple of brushes.
