Any ideas what this Old Type case is?

I was quite taken by the colouring of the box / liner. Looked unusual.

The blade box puts it as an early one - 1908+/-?

Not the best pic I know - from the auction.

I've a feeling the razor may not be a Gillette - but the head is fairly knackered anyway.

Hi. Quick check. Count the teeth. That Yr Gillette had 12 teeth. The guide teeth then 12. |............| I believe. Copies usually had 11.

14 teeth on an Old type. Both mine, anyway.

Yeah, they're teeth, aren't they? I see what you're getting at though, clones usually have one less.
