The Top one is an English Tech, the bottom on looks like an English Travel Tech ( I have one of these). The one in the middle may be a Frankenrazor, Gillette New head on Tech handle.

Sorry about that my Enabler Monkey must have slipped out of his cage ......That's very interesting, I somehow missed those. I was under the impression that when Gillette started making Techs in 1938 that they stopped making News. I'm guessing that they overlapped for a while.
I'm now going to extend my RAD to late News and New/Tech hybrids. [emoji2]
