AC SE Razors

+1 for Occam's.

I have an OREN and an ENOCH. The OREN, with three exchangeable heads, can be fine-tuned with blades of varying aggression so as to get you the 'perfect' shave. The ENOCH isn't so adjustable but gives a great shave although I do have to take extra care it doesn't bite.
