I did some research on here a few weeks ago on synthetic brushes and the razorock Plisson seemed popular and was what I went for. It's a superb brush for less than £20. Wish it was what I'd started with much better than a similarly priced badger I bought initially. I shall be sticking with synthetic now until (not unless) I win the lottery.

You're not going to know what your favourite brush is going to be until you've tried a few dozen or so. Just pick one that you think you'll like and take the plunge. They're brushes.
