Don't play with your food young man!Fit! If it wasn't scalding cheese, this is the kind of food that should be motorboated!
That's so funny Jimmy, I did the same thing! I think I ate an olive at some point in the 70s and thought "why do adults eat this crap?" Fast forward about 3 decades, I bought a jar to put on a home made pizza, ended up eating nearly the whole jar. Only once mind. Now I enjoy them in moderation like they say you should with beers.
Mind you I still don't like those big green Greek ones. Kalamata? Calamity more like. Way too bitter.
Green olives with the pimento stuck in the hole, I could eat a truckload!!! Get some sharp cheddar to go with it, and I dare you to get some pickled okra, good stuff man.As much as I dislike olive oil, one of my friends goes on about how whole olives taste different. So sceptical me got a jar of pitted green olives earlier on today.
Opened them up about half an hour ago, why did I not try these years ago, I have a quarter of a jar left and they will be finished in another 20 mins.
Black olives are the ones most folks use on pizza, never tried the green. Green olives on a tuna fish sandwich are amazing, and don't forget salads!Yes I am definitely going to start putting them on pizza.
Needs olives!
Had to look up what a pimento is, a mild pepper. that sounds quite good. I'm going back for a jar of black olives to see if I like them as well. will see if they have any stuffed ones as well.Green olives with the pimento stuck in the hole, I could eat a truckload!!! They taste even better after being immersed in a large gin martini…shaken, not stirred. As much as I dislike olive oil, one of my friends goes on about how whole olives taste different. So sceptical me got a jar of pitted green olives earlier on today.

These are the olives I use in my gin martinis.I get store brand stuff, they're all good.
