This shave brought with it a theme called
Ce este asta? Miroase a crema de ras Avalon
And other Romanian shaving tales

The enchanted pig - Colonial General V2
The wonderful bird - Feather Super Professional
Cunning Lleane - Razorock 400
Youth without age and life without death - Murdock's Avalon
Stan Bolovan - L'Occitane Cade aftershave balm
I knew absolutely Jack shit about Romanian folk tales until I talked myself in to a corner with the theme for this shave. I still know Jack shit about them but certainly going to have a read up on life without death and the one about cunnilingus. Apologies, cunning Lleane. Probably the same ending.
Other than Romanian folk tales this shave was all about expediency. In, out, job done. A bit like making love, as many call it. I can think of a lot of other phrases and non contain the word love. I digress, but what is new?
I am going to stick my neck on the line here and say that Murdock's Avalon is simply the best lather producing medium I have ever met. It is a crying shame they have stopped making it, but if their new cream is anything similar then I would expect to give it equally great words. It is a good job I have recently bought one when I found a small department store in Harrogate selling Murdock products. I did try their Avalon EDC but after super initial 'Wow factor', it soon dissapated to 'Everday not so Wow factor'
Even more digression. All while saying 'stop digressing'
Okay. Murdock's Avalon shaving cream. Fucking boss.
My SE Zen is harder than I thought but if I was to choose one razor it would probably be this General V2. One and a bit passes and together with the Feather blade shaving heaven has been delivered. The baying crowd are gathering to try get the secret formula to babies bottoms.
'Get back you vermin I have the V2 here in my hand and you are not getting near it. Ha ha ha ha' (an evil kind of laugh there)
I don't know any Romanian girly metal bands so I thought some nice Japanese ladies should keep you happy
Be well everyone in this wonderful community
Oh. And one for
@merchant_seaman as I passed Birkenhead dry docks this morning
