How is it? Can you please explain the scent, how long it lasts, is it strong, how would you compare it to other Italian blue aftershaves? I have the tobacco one, it is good but I find the scent and the staying power to be very weak. Thanks

It's got a great weight to it and the nickel finish looks fantastic but the knurling on the handle is a bit sharp. Where the three rings are, it can catch your skin a bit. Not enough to do any damage but it's a bit annoying. I suppose it is a nickel plated brass handle for ~£7 so I shouldn't be to picky. I've yet to shave with it but it feels like my fat handle tech in the hand.

A handful of sharp sand and gently roll the handle while making a gentle fist will have the burrs off. Be gentle though, you do not want to tarnish the main pattern or handle finish. Thanks for the info.
The Fat Handle Tech handle is my favourite handle for ergonomics so it seems like the Yaqi one is one I really should pick up at some point.
The rough bits on the knurling seem a bit of a PITA though.
As in lightly hold some sharp sand in my fist and slowly twirl the handle in it?A handful of sharp sand and gently roll the handle while making a gentle fist will have the burrs off. Be gentle though, you do not want to tarnish the main pattern or handle finish.
Yip. But gently, not a tight grip and check every couple of "twirls". Don't go too far.As in lightly hold some sharp sand in my fist and slowly twirl the handle in it?

You could also use a suede shoes brush, brass bristle. Softer than the handle.Yip. But gently, not a tight grip and check every couple of "twirls". Don't go too far.

I understand, thank you very muchJust given it a try. The scent is subtle and quite fleeting. Theres a mild menthol hit and it leaves my face feeling refreshed. Id say its a good aftershave to use if you want to put on an EDT shortly after or if you want to remain scentless. I bought 400ml for £14 off Amazon (been watching the price for a while)
the best service and prices! Can't wait for another shop next month!View attachment 43558
Mr DHL driver brought this package, ordered from Ras. Goodfellas a few days ago, really impressed with the speed of their delivery.
The unspecified blades are Personna Lab Blues. Just opened up the Raso Zero Agrumella, it smells delightful. I can't quite put my finger on the exact scent but it seems like somewhere like Lemon cheesecake or Lemon Curd?
I put a guitar pick on the box of Vitos Red to show how large the block of soap is!
