Thanks for checking in, Jack. It is not as scary as it looks. Your arm is the handle. Enjoy

I loved it. As jack said the teeth are sharp as the blade and i fell foul a couple times to the teeth when i got complacent and lazy. The shave was smooth andnit was suprisingly easy to use.
I enjoyed it so much that when i get some free time i plan on making a handle to replicate the shave action for my regular de heads.

If you do make a handle like that, I'd love to try it or buy it. I'll even break my promise not to spend any money on shaving shit stuff :D

Well as I said great design but I can handle shaving with it. Sharpness of Comb is annoying me and dealing with weird hand position.

Shave itself was so bad I passed after WTG and Swapped. I blame to feeling of OC sharpness for that

Razor on the day can fly to owner (Please PM me)

It was thou great time trying it and thank you for opportunity. Shame as I would love to own one for travel:)

3 out of 4 in favour is not a bad result for the little one (4 out of 5 if you count me as well). It is a different beast and needs a bit of thought and a very light touch. YMMV and all that. Thanks for trying it, everyone. Not much interest, so I'll close the list and PM @Celar36 to send it back home.

Might as well make it 5 out of 6. I recently acquired one of these and I can see where the Cooper Monobilt derived it's inspiration. It's a wonderful little razor. It also cleaned up perfectly for a 95 year old razor.

Edit: I found it to be efficient, rather than aggressive. The teeth come to a sharper point than I'm used to, but is typical of 1920's brass razors from both the U.S. and Germany at that time.

I like how it can carry a blade installed perfectly safe and protected. Would I want to make it my main razor? Well, no. But when I travel (and more often than that), I know I will find myself reaching for it. It is one of the neatest razors I've ever used.

Blade loading is awkward, but you never need to worry about the blade being loose or out of position. The grips are secure and you don't have to worry about the razor head turning in your grasp. If I was in the military, or did a lot of backpacking, it would be my go to razor.

I found using it surprisingly simple but I think I need to have a play around until I find the best blade for it.

I'd probably want more practice with it before it became my travel razor though. A definite keeper I think unless someone makes a ludicrous offer for it.
