Very Good that made me laugh out loud !
Glad to be of serviceThanks to the awesome enabling skills of @Tony'schin and @Electrif , I find myself with the perfect home for that Hampshire Wool Fat soap. I can see browsing these pots becoming a bit of a guilty pleasure when trawling the 'bay if I'm honest View attachment 63683
R- I warn you - in case you get curious - it's easier to take apart than it is to put back together - take it from one who knows.

@Panthera , search for Patum Peperium and loads will come up. They're Gentleman's Relish pots apparently (I've led a sheltered life, obviously!) All sorts of prices and quality, but mine happily was a fiver delivered. It's p&p that kills things these days! As @Tony'schin helpfully pointed out, you'll need 10cm plus diamater to fit a 70g soap comfortably so bear that in mind. This is great! Were there multiples of this dish or was it a one-off eBay find? I would quite fancy one.
I think the R number on these will soon exceed 1 !@Panthera , search for Patum Peperium and loads will come up. They're Gentleman's Relish pots apparently (I've led a sheltered life, obviously!)
