Are they any good ??? Well, it'll be interesting to find out ... I have one on the way but may be another week or so before it arrives. You can get one directly from https://getsupply.com/products/the-single-edge-razor. According to another TSRer Maggards had the 2.0 but now it appears they only have Version 1 for sale.Hi all, has anyone got a Supply 2.0 and if yes are they good and where can i get one?
thanks in advance.
Read article on Supply revised Razor. If you have no SE or Injector experience you might be better of with a Vintage one to hone your skills. Of the modern SE The Alu Hawk is cheap and not bad. The Supply is quite heavy and IMHO not a good Razor to learn on.
Hi Michael,Very good words of advice. I've used Injectors (mainly Schick) on and off many times over the years and always thought they were an excellent concept but held back by the lightness of the razor and poor blade choice. Really looking forward to trying the heavier razor with B-20 blades. May wind up being a disappointment or it could be worth the gamble. Hopefully will find out in the near future.
Cheers, Micheal
I thought I had answered this question already, the blade will not fit, it is too tall, only by a mm or so but still too big and it is also too thick, to go In without putting undue pressure on the screw. This razor was not designed to take a twin blade and that's all there is to it.As long as we are discussing the Supply again, for the umpteenth time, I have been told a twin blade will not fit in a Supply. Can anyone tell me why it won't fit, e.g. too thick or wide? And for the engineers out there, what would need to be done to a Supply to make it fit (and would the modification bugger it up for using regular blades)? Just a curiosity question.
Micheal
Yeah..A Twin Blade is Not Only Thicker but a Tad Wider..They Can Indeed Knack a Razor that's Not Designed for them..No Bones about it..I thought I had answered this question already, the blade will not fit, it is too tall, only by a mm or so but still too big and it is also too thick, to go In without putting undue pressure on the screw. You want a Schick Adjustable if you are hell bent on using a twin blade, they were designed to take both twin and single blades but work better with a twin blade.
Yes you could modify both blade and razor but doing this will bugger it for future use of a single blade and void your guarantee to boot!

Supply have been asked and there are no plans to make a razor that will accomodate a twin blade at the moment. Thanks for the clarification. I remember you saying it would not fit but was not certain why it wouldn't. Wonder if Supply, once they are a bit better sorted out, might consider making a plate that would take a twin blade (or would it be more than just modifying a plate)? I'm actually not all that bothered about using a twin blade in it (especially if the B-20 works for me), just curious.

Your guess is as good as anyone else's. I'd estimate around a week and a half to two.See that my Supply left Fort Worth, Texas about 5AM today. Realize delivery to me is dependent on making several connections but approximately how long does it take to arrive?
