Hi Wayne, what's your take on the aventus please? I've read quite mixed feelings on this one.

Afternoon apologise for the late reply.

I love the scent of this. Perhaps it is not everyone's cup of tea but for me it is long lasting and smells sublime.

The scent perfectly combines apply, bergamot and black currant giving you that very bold and appealing scent.

The scent is then followed by notes of dry birch, rose, Morocan jasmine and patchouli. Base notes include oak moss, musk, ambergins and vanilla.

Those are the profiles and you can definately pick up the apple, black current. Ideal for this time of the year. YMMV

A pleasant scent, quite medicinal and soapy... Reminds me of MdC Fougere but that could be my uneducated nose, all fougeres smell much alike to me! Seems to suit this time of year perfectly and has an air of timeless class. I like it.
