When I've cut down AC type blades I've used an electric multi tool with a fine cutting wheel. You could at a pinch use a small hacksaw with a fine blade.Had a quick search and did not find the answer (probably used wrong keywords) so ... what tool do I use to cut down a Kai, Feather, etc. AC blade so that it'll work in a Schick and/or Supply SE Razor?
Thanks, Micheal
Do you round the corner of the cutting edge off where the blade has been cut, or is this not necessary? When I've cut down AC type blades I've used an electric multi tool with a fine cutting wheel. You could at a pinch use a small hacksaw with a fine blade.
Yes I did, good point, I forgot about that. Cheers P. Not a good point, a bad one. Round it off!Do you round the corner of the cutting edge off where the blade has been cut, or is this not necessary?

Not Really..If its Not a Clean Cut Just Dress it Off with a Nail File..Do you round the corner of the cutting edge off where the blade has been cut, or is this not necessary?
Would a pair of wire cutters do the job?All You Need is a Good Pair of Serrated Kitchen Scissors..Brand New I May Add..Keep them for that Job..Its All You Need..Make the Cut from the Edge Side..It Cuts Easier..Cuts Like Butter..

Maybe..Wire Cutters Always Aint that Sharp..The Key is New..Dont Use it for NOTHING Else..Would a pair of wire cutters do the job?
This cutting down that was done was pre B-20s so probably no real need now. things have moved on some..Hmmm .. sounds rather nasty. Realize YMMV but in general wonder if the cut-down blade is any better than a Personna or a Pro-line B20?

Why not acquire some Schick Proline Type B blades, they fit the Supply SE & Injectors it loads via aI've heard nail clippers are pretty good for the job. I'm tempted to try a Feather Pro in my newly-acquired Supply SE...
I actually have some en route! Great minds! I'm just too curious for my own good...Why not acquire some Schick Proline Type B blades, they fit the Supply SE & Injectors it loads via a
host keyed dispenser, in the case of the Supply can be loaded manually.
