it's realy nice stuff, but half the fun for me is going to Car boots, charity shops, antique fairs and looking, if you can get a dirty old razor for a few pounds that cleans up well, that is a really god feeling.

Would never pay those type of prices for vintage Razor.

Nice to look at though

I have been watching his offering for a while, he had a Gillette Monobloc listed the other day which is the first one I have ever seen (French HD Rocket type which has no rings in knob). It wasn't cased but went in a few hours of listing at about £70 odd quid.

Admittedly he is asking a high price but they are all of the highest quality, if someone was chasing that elusive item to complete a collection then I am sure they would pay the price. I was quite taken with the fishing tackle box sets, very novel. As much as I don't tend to go for gold razors the stand out one for me is the New Standard, very nice indeed but £183 + postage is too high for what I want. these are definitely more collectors than user grade models.

Nice to look at, I remember getting out sniped by him a few times, guess he is liquidating now, maybe I now have more of a chance with my snipes.
