WTB A Small Car

Morning all.

Hope you can help us. Our daughter's car has just been written off, no one hurt thankfully, but having a baby, they need a replacement pretty quick. We'd rather buy private than a garage so if you, a family member, neighbour, colleague etc have or know of one for around £2000 please let us know. We're based in York but can travel up to 100 miles for the right one. PM me if you can help. Many thanks

Would a Golf be too large? You may want five door for the new bairn. Sorta thing I bought mine for going to college.

Near you, good nick, not much power and FSH if not a bit elderly.

+1 on the golf

As long as you undertake due diligence and use your common sense Neil you shouldn't be afraid of dealers, at that price range it's usually part exchange cars that they're desperate to be rid of anyway and of course they were once privately owned. You can always knock'em back for a warranty if they want full retail.
