Wooden rack for Opinel Knives

I have a few Opinel knifes and I finally got round to making a rack for them.

Seeing as the handles are made from beech I decided to make a rack from beech as well.
So I went to my nearest forest found a fallen Beech tree and cut a piece off it. after some rasping, sanding, drilling, inserting magnets and waxing I ended up with this and it seems to work I'm not a chippy.

I store my opinel knives in virtually every jacket and rucksack I own! Been a fan for many years. I was often frowned upon by other gamekeepers for not having a fancy dan knife, but I never needed to worry about losing one!

But just like thrifty, I use my pockets and bags to store my Opinels. That way I am ensured that I always have a pocket knife with me.

The mushroom knife is surprisingly useful, they look rather unsullied though get 'em dirty.
