I've found these (the ones with "SALOON" on the box) work really very well in my DE89. Anyway, just looking on Connaught and see that they are on "clearance" so I picked up 100 for under a tenner (£8 + VAT) delivered. Though that others may be interested...

I quite like these blades too. Very comfortable shaves even though they aren't the sharpest.

Mr slick on here also likes them too.

I've seen these on Connaught as well. I have 10 from a sample pack, which I'll get to eventually. I got some Gillette 365 blades on clearance, and it looks like those Wilkinson Sword blades are the last chance Saloons.

Aha! I used one for the first time this morning and wondered if I had become Desparate Dan during the night. Judged an hour later, it's a very adequate shave but at the time I thought I had better just give up - didn't want to go to the match with a sore face.
