Saffon and gorse sounds good to meNeed a bit of gorse in there as well P, that could be a sort of coconut and saffron gourmand... Nice!

Ok to my mind Wales has many different things it can be associated with. But how about a profile that has. Rugby represented by earthy, green and leather notes for the soil, grass and ball. Choirs represented by woody and fruity notes for the wooden pews and communal wine. And finally Mining represented by tar, metallic, and musk notes for the coal, machinery and mens sweat. Lol just a random idea
Lol thank you. To give you an idea Penhalogons Sart orial has many of these types of notes and some that could be replaced with what I put up. So I think it could work.That's pretty well thought out. Might smell awful, but the idea is solid.
