Doorbell just went and it was the postie with a wee box of two Mama Sue Bear Brute soaps which have sneakied through after she stopped shipping internationally. This stuff is sooooo kind to my skin and no other Brut tribute comes so close to the original Faberge Brut I recall from the 1960s.

Eldest daughter had a swimming party at the weekend so I took my 6yo to the climbing wall for her first taste of her dad's favourite pastime. She was really good took her a couple of climbs on the short wall to get her confidence before finishing on this!

After 'what made your day a crap one' and being made redundant, happy to say I have a new job. Only 6 weeks work on a small boat, but then I have a super yacht delivery in February followed by possible Captain of a large private yacht for the summer season. May be not is all grim.
