What are you drinking tonight.

On the weekend my tipple of choice because we have the best apples and cider in the world, first up Gwynt y ddraig black dragon Welsh cider 6.5% and Thatchers Katy 7.6% both are single variety apple ciders the Black Dragon is Oak matured depth of flavour and quality of these two drinks will in my opinion challenge the best wines wonderful drink, great with Chicken dishes creamy sauces salads, also works well with fish or just drink and enjoy anytime.



 
Tonight, I have my favourite Bordeaux in: Lussac.

I have some sea bass to scale, gut and fillet, and I think I'll have those with Dauphinoise potatoes and some spinach. I've been collecting wild garlic while out walking, so the Dauphinoise will be a little different. Perfect with my bottle of wine.

This afternoon, while the wine is breathing ... Leffe.

Whisky and soda, again (Bells) unless the soda is flat and then whisky and a dash of tap water! I'm really becoming a boring bastard! A little bit of excitement a couple of nights back......I put tonic in my whisky by mistake, I had to put it down the sink, I defy anybody to drink that!
