Trumper’s skin food is a good pre shave if you like that sort of thing but it’s not much of a post shave product, for me anyway. My £3 Boots Freshwood Balm beats it with a stick. Mind you, it beats everything else I’ve tried too.

Just goes to show, you don't need to spend a fortune on this 'hobby'. I've only used it as a post shave product, I'll try it more shave next time...
