Titles you just cant seem to find.....

A book I can't seem to find in any ebook format is "Innocent when you dream" by Tom Waits and Mac Montandon.

I've scoured high and low and just can't find it anywhere.... anyone seen it about?

P.S. I have an 8Gb Kindle library full of titles if anyone is looking for anything I can scout it and have a look.

The ones I most wish I could get and can't are the first four David Zindell novels: Neverness and the Requiem for Homo Sapiens trilogy. I have them on paper but can't find them electronically by fair means or foul :(.
