Strop damaged?

Cheap Japanese straight razor or strop? What!? Do those even exist?

Heck, even the Chinese straight razors aren't all bad.

A cased pair of "Edge Invisibles" eh?

I'm down to one of these superlative razors now having given another away to a persistent friend - the chances of me parting with the remaining one are nil. These really do deserve sending off to Neil for a full polish and honing - basically you're set up for life. The Dovo would do for travelling.

i have the same dovo razor as him, they dont come shave ready


dont ask me how many hours it took to get it shave ready with the stone that came in the kit (i dont know how i did it but it dosnt pull when i use shave soap)

the razor came covered in scratches and blunt as hell


it is a dovo, which has been bought by cyril r salter then sold as a kit i believe
