As my last straight finds it's way to it's new home it is now time to move on the support equipment
first up is a full set of Naniwa Superstones, 1000, 5000, 8000 and 12000. used maybe 6 times. three are mint but there is a slight chip on the 5000 stone (as pictured) but that doesn't affect honing (and no idea how it happened as it has never been dropped or had anything dropped on it).
Also included is i a diamond cutting plate (I forget the make, but it is the one most honing videos and more experienced guys suggested I get and was about £40 odd I think), lapping stone (unused), stone holder/ rack thing, I will also throw in some electric tape, one of those magnifiers to check edges and a practice Gold Dollar razor which was kindly gifted to me to practice.
How about £170 all in (postage inc and will probably be 12-15 on its own)
Next is a Westholme 3†strop - couple of nicks as pictures but useable and beautiful suede handles (which weren't cheap) - SOLD
Last is a Strop It 3†paddle strop with 3 plates - one is an old strop I cut and glued (after I killed the original) but has a nice slow draw. The strop is excellent condition and the leather strops are OK but not mint. I'll also throw in some paste - £50
