Source for soap tins with clear lids

Because my SSAD had got a little out of hand, I now have a wide assortment of mismatched soap containers which makes them hard to stack/store.
Most are too narrow to load properly so I'm looking for 8oz tins (100mm/4 inches in diameter and about 30-35mm/1-1.5 inches high) with a clear lid for custom labels.
I really like the Ikea stainless Grundtal containers, but they are too expensive per unit.

That other forum site has a great thread on making custom labels for these.

I've found a source for tin-plated steel (not rust-proof) with clear lids at less than a quid each after the excessive shipping. They cost $1.30 each when bought in a box of 24 and only $1.00 each when bought by the case (288).

At that price, these are pretty much disposable if they do start rusting.
Ideally, I'd like to find stainless containers (like Ikea) but at a lower cost.
Any ideas?

Just been down a similar route with finding tins for my soaps. I too looked at tin-plated steel (not rust-proof). One way to use these would be to lacquer them with a clear coat for protection. Not a good idea for a product for sale but for home use maybe the answer?

Change your search from stainless steel to aluminium and you will find these; http://tinwaredirect.com/index.php?route=product/product&path=8375_11621&product_id=109612

Aluminium won't rust

Right-O...the search is on!
I'm looking for 100mm/4-inch wide tins.

These look like they meet all the criteria, except no window.
rust-proof, 4 inch diameter, screw top.

They don't seem to ship internationally (there are services that can help with that though), but there's some from here that look good:

Must be an equivalent wholesaler in the UK.

Update: these guys get close tinwaredirect.com

2.5 oz is kind of small.
Here's the 8 oz tin I'm eyeballing.

They also have 5.2 inch CD cases for extra swirling room.

After shipping, they work out to $1.87 (just over a quid) each.
